Most items will be shipped by the US Post Office; sometimes for a large order, UPS or Fed Ex may be used. We strive to ship items as quickly as possible; in most cases orders should be received in 8-10 business days from the time of purchase. If it will be longer, we will contact you. Returns:All items may be returned in unopened, unwashed condition only. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on used diapers. Returns will be accepted only with prior notice, and shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
